New Business Setup

Let us hold your hand through the process of incorporating your company.

So you’re good at what you do.  But the idea of setting up a business seems a bit daunting, right?  What really is director?  What’s the difference between a director and a shareholder?  How many shares should I start with?  Do I need an IRD number right from the start?

That’s where we come in.  We know about shareholders, directors, the IRD, GST, share parcels, the list goes on.  We can explain these terms in plain English and get you through the tricky stuff.

Accountants and lawyers can help you with this but they charge you accordingly for their knowledge.  For the price of one hour of their time, you can get us to take care of the whole incorporation process.

Ready to take the leap? Let’s do it together. But what’s involved?

First things first, you’ve got to decide on a name.

Got one in mind? Use our search function below to see if it’s available.

Once you’ve decided on a name, it’s time to take the leap. After your payment is processed, you’ll be required to complete an online questionnaire which explains all the technical language in simple terms. If you have any issues, you’ll be able to email or call us for advice. One of our team will review your answers in case there’s anything that needs further clarification. We will then register the business and send you forms for any directors and shareholders to sign and send back to us. Then it’s all done.

Once we’ve incorporated your company, we need to tackle the important aspects of the day to day running of your business.
From setting up Xero, to bank reconciliations and correctly preparing GST returns, we can handle that all for you. We’ll even give you lots of advice on the basics of good record keeping and explain what a bank reconciliation is.

You’re good at what you do. Let us handle the rest. Take the Leap.

After you register with us and payment is completed by credit card, you will be directed to our questionnaire. This will take roughly 10-20 minutes to complete. The information you will need is:

  • Determine who you might want as directors/shareholders – We discuss the difference between directors and shareholders in the questionnaire so you can make the best decision.
  • Contact details for directors and shareholders – Physical address (no PO Boxes), email, contact number and place of birth.
  • IRD numbers for all directors and shareholders.

Register your business for $350.00.
